"So Branchstar do you want to go hunting? Shimmertail could tell the kits storys." Dewpool meowed.

Branchstar nodded. He padded over to Dewpool. " Lets go" Branchstar said.

Shimmertail heard. " I'll watch the kits until you get back!" She called. She secretly winked at Dewpool, not knowing if she saw.

Starkit nodded. " I get to ride you, right?" Starkit asked eargerly.

Yes. Then we switch."said MountainKit.An idea crept into that head of hers. "Who's watching us again?"asked MountainKit slyly.

" The only elder, Shimmertail. She can get grummpy some times, so lets not bother her." Starkit said.

"Come on Branchstar!" Dewpool called as she bounded out of camp.

Branchstar gave one last glance at the kits and bounded after Dewpool. He chuckled lightly as he pasted her.

Shimmertail heard the kits talking and whatnot.. so she layed down, resting her paw.

"Where do you want to hunt Branchstar?" Dewpool asked.

" Forest." Branchstar replied at once. He padded toward the thick trees. He saw a plump mouse and caught it. He padded back to Dewpool grinning, and dropped the mouse in fornt of her. Do I like Dewpool more then a friend.. Branchstar thought.

Dewpool croutched and stalked toward a squirrel she sprang and caught it.

Branchstar nodded. " Good catch." Branchstar said kindly.

"Branchstar can I talk to you?" Dewpool asked.

Branchstar padded next to Dewpool, " Sure." Branchstar said, nodding. Dewpool and Branchstar's fur almost touched.

Shimmertail padded out of her den, her paw was feeling better. She got a sparrow from the fresh-kill pile and ate slowly.

"Branchstar since I became a warrior I now that the feeling I have for you has grown.................

Branchstar coaked his head, " What do you mean?" he asked. She likes me to? Branchstar though, he liked Dewpool very much.

Tawnyfur glided into camp, swiftly talking to people as she padded around camp, helping the elders and such.

"how to put this?" Dewpool thought

Branchstar stood akwardly. " So.." Branchstar prompted, shuffling his paws.

"Ok Branchstar to get to the point I love you." Dewpool mewed quietly.

Branchstar looked at Dewpool in shock. " Well.." Branchstar said, shuffling his paws. " I like you to.." Branchstar murmured.

Dewpool ducked her head and began to walk back to camp.

Great! She proably doesn't like me now.. Branchstar thought, following her.

Just then, MountainKit bounded in. "Yay!!!"she said."Rowr!!!"She had crashed into BranchStar. She scampered away.

Branchstar had just entered camp with Dewpool.

Starkit chased after Mountinkit. " Wait!" Starkit cryed, scrambling to catch up. Starkit was younger then Mountinkit by alot.

Dewpool darted into the warrior's den and curled up in a nest.

Branchstar padded into his den and hissed at himself. I am so mousebrained.. Branchstar though as he curled up.

Shimmertail glanced at Dewpool and Branchstar, they were avoiding eachother somehow. Shimmertail padded over to Dewpool, " Anything wrong?" Shimmertail asked, padding up to Dewpool.
