Thunderclan Camp

Icekit wanted to ask: Why? BUt she kept quiet.Then she searched around. NO sign of Shadowclan warriors yowling and screeching to chase them out-and perhaps draw blood.

"So you don't have a Clan?" Tumblepaw asked softly, and for some reason, felt sort of close to this cat, though she just met them. Greyfoot and Tumblepaw didn't notice that they had the same shade of grey fur, same white chest and paws. It was up to Icekit to notice this. "No, I don't." Greyfoot said, and wondered just what Tumblepaw was thinking.

Icekit stared at the two cats side by side. No reason the other cat would come back now. BUt wait-she looked back and forth at the two cats. Grayfoot and Tumblepaw-both had the same shade of gray, the same white chest, and soft white paws! THey were family...but not her. Still, she should tell them.. not yet. In time.

"Could you join ThunderClan?" Tumblepaw asked. Greyfoot looked at her, "I don't know, what will your leader say?" Greyfoot asked, and Tumblepaw shrugged. "I don't know, but its worth a shot." Tumblepaw looked toward the border, and then remembered Moonclaw. "He is going to KILL ME." She thought.

Icekit decided now was the time. She popped out. "Hello, I am Icekit, sorry I was hiding before. Just in case that Shadowclan warrior came back, you know? Anyway, I couldn't help noticing some similarities between you and Grayfoot, Tumblepaw." she rushed.

Tumblepaw looked to Icekit. "Really?" She said. and the looked at Greyfoot, then her. "Woah." She said. "C'mon, we'd better get going." Tumblepaw said, and Greyfoot followed her slowly toward the border. Moonclaw was hiding in the bushes, waiting for her.

"I just know Moonclaw is waiting in the bushes somewhere, I know it!" Icekit mewed.

Tumblepaw nodded. "It's not like we're not gonna be in big trouble." She said, and then they crossed the border. moonclaw bounded out, and tackled Greyfoot. "What are you doing on ThunderClan territory." Tumblepaw hised at Moonclaw, something she never did. "Le t him up, now." Moonclaw di.d

Icekit looked at Tumblepaw, Grayfoot, and Moonclaw. "Ok, you three. Let's get moving." she mewed.

Moonclaw growled. "You!" He rounded on Tumblepaw. "Brought ShadowClan into our territory, sneaked out of camp, and took a kit with you! You could have been hurt!" Moonclaw hissed in anger. "You." He said to Grayfoot, "Get in front of me, Tumblepaw and Icekit as well." MOonclaw growled.

Yawning widely, Deadhold rose slowly to her paws, stretching out her thick-set legs. The large female had dozed for hours and was well-rested and ready for a walk. With a flick of her tail, she stalked steadily out of the clan camp, her focus drifting to thoughts of food and drink. The creatures of the wood were just screaming to be eaten. Turning at a slight rustle in the grass, she tilted keen ears and began to travel in the direction, dropping into a hunters crouch. Nearing the source, she could see a small family of rabbits feeding on the grass and nibbling on the leaves. She licked her maw, eyeing the rabbits and preparing herself for a leap.

It took a split-second for the cat to leap and the rabbit she had chose had little chance to respond. Her unsheathed claws dug into it's sides and her sharp fangs came down on the back of it's neck. It thrashed for a few seconds and then was still. Though she would have liked to eat the rabbit here, in peace, Deadhold decided to take it back to the Clan. Hopefully it would show off her skills a little more to the others, so they would be more likely to leave her alone. Along with her impressive and intimidating size, the large rabbit that she was now dragging would give the others something to think about before they tried bugging her for things.

After a short while of dragging the rabbit, the queens' keen ears caught the sound of voices nearby and a few familiar ThunderClan scents. Sure enough, as she rounded a few more trees and bushes, the four cats came into view. There was one adult cat, the deputy of the clan. Then, an apprentice and a kit. The last cat caught her attention more than the others, the distinct smell of ShadowClan surrounding it's small form. Tilting her head, she walked forward a bit more, dropped the rabbit at her paws and spoke out, her strong and slightly disdainful voice cutting through the clearing. "What have we here? A ShadowClan Cat? And what is the reason for this?"

Icekit glared at Deadhold. She was truly icy now. "None of your buisness, now is it?" she snarled. She quickly turned back to Moonclaw. "So? What's my punishment? It was worth it, though. So mysterious and adventrous." she meowed. Icekit looked at Tumblepaw, then Grayfoot. Suddenly, she felt like a warrior. Greyfoot, it does puzzle me why you aren't welcome in Shdowclan anymore." she asked.

"Shut up Icekit." Tumblepaw snapped, and looked at Moonclaw. His eyes were terrible, if looks could kill, Tumblepaw would be dead. Tumblepaw ignored Deadhold, and Grayfoot dismissed Icekit's question. "Yeah." Was all he said, he couldn't reveal the real reason. He.. He shook his head. He couldn't think of it now. Moonclaw snarled. "Icekit, get in camp. Your comfined to camp until further notice," Moonclaw growled, and rounded on Tumblepaw. "And I'll talk over a punishment for you with Darkstar," He said. "What if I was supposed to do that, what if I had an impulse." Tumblepaw murmured.

Flicking an ear in slight irritation, Deadhold chuckled nonetheless, gazing at the kit with her deep blue eyes. "Whether it is my business or not, you are a kit and as such, have no right to tell me so. Hmph, this rabbit is larger than you." She smiled to emphasize her point, showing a mouth full of sharp teeth, bloodied by the rabbit she had killed. Though she had never killed a kit from her own clan, she had scared them half to death many times, when they wouldn't leave her alone. She disliked those with no respect and, because of her bad-temper and grouchy nature, she often turned to a little violence to instil respect in them.

As Moonclaw ignored her and spoke with Tumblepaw about punishment, she flicked her tail and turned her back on them, grabbing the rabbit securely in her teeth once more. Taking one last look at the small group, she let her gaze linger on the ShadowClan kit for a while, before stalking off ahead of them, the prey dragging along beside her. That kit was an intruder and she was wary as to the reason why it was here. She was also not so averse to killing a kit from another clan, if it showed any signs of being a spy of any kind. She would keep a close eye on that one, it would give her something to do.

Moonclaw glared at Tumblepaw, and she really, for once, didn't care what he thought. "That is great, you go ahead and do that." Tumblepaw sassed, and then looked at her mentor. "Grayfoot needs a Clan, he got kick-" Tumblepaw was cut off from Moonclaw. "YOU BROUGHT SHADOWCLAN TO CAMP!" He flipped out, "You are the most.. Disrespectful irrisponsable KIT I've ever known. You hardly should be a apprentice." Moonclaw growled, and Tumblepaw hid the hurt well. "Grayfoot can stay, but only for now." His eyes narrowed, and his lip curled in a snarl. He turned to Icekit, "Come on, I'll take you to your den, which you'll be in for a while."

I didn't say Icekit was.... I mentioned no names since it was obvious who the ShadowClan member is. The only reason I said Kit is because Deadhold is a big cat and calls most young cats Kit. She's even been known to call some smaller adult cats kit as well.

Icekit glared at Moonclaw when the deputy turned around and proudly stalked to the pitiful nursery.

Moonclaw rolled his eyes, and told Tumblepaw and Grayfoot where they could sleep, in the apprentice den. Tumblepaw bounded to the nursery, and Grayfoot went to the den. "Look, Icekit, I am really sorry for getting you in trouble.." Tumblepaw started.

ICekit's eyelids lowered, so she had a bored expression. "It's fine. That was the most excitement I've had in my lifetime!" She quickly slipped into the nusery and settled down to her favorite spot. ((Do we get to choose when we-never mind. I wanna be an apprentice! For Pete's sake, I'm acting like a warrior! Can you please hurry it up here?))

Tumblepaw grinned, and bounded to the den adn layed down next to Grayfoot. "Why did you get kicked out?" She asked, "I.. I am what you would call atraitor." HE said, and Tumblepaw's eyes flashed open/.

Icekit sighed. She flopped onto her back.

"Not in the sense that I really did anything wrong.. I mean, not technically." Grayfoot said quickly, making Tumblepaw calm down. "What happened?" She asked, and Grayfoot looked at her. "I was in ShadowClan, and I mated with a ThunderClan cat, Sunpelt, and as you know.." Tumblepaw finished his sentence. "Its not allowed." Grayfoot nodded. "Sunpelt had a kit, named Tumblekit.." He gulped as Tumblepaw's eyes widened. "Sunpelt died, and Gingerpool, another ThunderClan took her in. I never saw her, and when my Clan found out.. They exiled me." grayfoot sighed, looking at her sadly. Tumblepaw's eyes were as large as plates, and her jaw was hanging open. "D-d.." She stopped. "Dad." Grayfoot said.
