While I was out of camp, enjoying the smell of the forest, I caught the smell of a stuffed mouse." This mouse has been too greedy for it's own good!"I thought. Just as I was about to kill it, though, something russled in the bushes. I leapt away and rushed to camp. Before I did, I caught the sharp unfamiliar scent of other cats."Intruders!"I thought. When I rushed into camp, I yowled a warning."Intruders!"

Sparrowpaw appered from the bushes. " Its just me!" Sparrowpaw laughed.

"What did you roll in?"she said sharply."It stinks!You went through a lot of trouble for just one joke!"

" I rolled in mushrooms and garlic." Sparrowpaw said, looking innocent.

Harvey padded around until he suddenly stopped, sensing a big fat mouse, he was about to jump at it, but a long white she-cat jumped in his way and grabbed it.
"Hey, watch it!" he exclaimed, without thinking.
The she-cat looked at him, and blinked.
"Oh, sorry, you can have it" Harvey said, with a sad smile.
"No, here" replied the she-cat.
"Huh?" Harvey asked. "No" he said, disappearing into the forest green.
The she-cat shrugged and grabbed the white mouse, and began running back to camp.
This she-cat's name was Rainheart.
She approached camp, and dropped the mouse in the elder's den.
She ran off to tell her leader about the cat she saw in the forest.

Sparrowpaw stood looking innocent. Sparrowpaw smiled.

Dawnstar saw Rainheart enter camp, and padded over. Dawnstar could tell that Rainheart wanted to tell her something. " Yes, Rainheart?" Dawnstar said when she got closer.

"You are strange."said WhitePaw. She shook her head with dissaproval. "Bye, and if you do that again, I will so get you back." said WhitePaw.

Sparrowpaw gave her a goofy grin.

WhitePaw ignored him. She went out again, hoping that she might scent prey or something else to take her mind off SparrowPaw.

Sparrowpaw stared after her. He felt a spark of something but pushed it away.

WhitePaw looked backwards at SparrowPaw. Did he feel it too? That spark of destiny?

Sparrowpaw stared at Whiepaw for a second then turned away.

As for WhitePaw, when she had looked out of the corner of her eye, had caught SparrowPaw staring. During that split second, when their eyes met, she felt a small hnit of destiny which faded when SparrowPaw looked away.

Sparrowpaw was stumped. He and Whitepaw didn't quite get along but he had met her eyes and feflt a spark, flash of something, destiny. He padded away, thinking of her. He stepped on a stick and yowled, he wasn't hurt but embrassed, Whitepaw was still there.

WhitePaw had turned her back to SparrowPaw, afraid of that flash of destiny. She had padded far away enough so that she could not hear SparrowPaw.

Sparrowpaw hissed at himself and padded toward the apprentice den,

Vanillabean shook her head to see the apprentices then went to see Sparrowpaw he seemed upset. "Sparrowpaw are you feeling alright?" Vanillabean asked "do you feel ill?"

" I'm fine." Sparrowpaw spat. " I'm fine, sorry." Sparrowpaw said, hearing his tone.

WhitePaw noticed. She walked over and whispered in his ear. "It's because of me, isn't it? I feel the same." she said.

" What do you mean?" Sparrowpaw asked, liying.
