Galphira walked around. What could she do, now that her parents were gone, and those scary owls that ate them might come back? Suddenly, she saw a dark shadow in the sky. Was it those evil owls? ((Could it be you, MoonClaw?)) She froze.

Snowy flew down, seeing another owl.

Galphira did not even dare hoot. If it were those owls... She shuddered at the thought. She would be killed or captured on the spot, no questions asked. Or was this a frieldy owl? She considered what risks she had to take. Well, if it were the evil owls, it would be better then moaning for her parents, hiding. If it were a friendly owl though, the owl might even save her life. Obviosly, it was better to risk it. "Whoo is it, knocking at my hollow? Perhaps a friendly traveler, in for a visit? Or some neighbors, giving us a hoot? Or a nest maid snake, hoping for a job? Whoo is it, knocking at my hollow?" The words she recited were simply an owl greeting, in case some one the owl could not see came.

" Snowy." Snowy replied simply. " I am a good owl, not evil." Snowy added

Immediantly, Galphira relaxed. She flapped her wings, unable to fly yet. She waited for the white dot in the sky to fly down.

Snowy flew down and landed by the new owl

"Whoo are you?" asked Galphira. She was not suspicious, just curious.

" Snowy." Snowy replied. " And who might you be?" Snowy asked.
