Morningstar awoke to a beautiful dew filled morning in Riverclan camp. She got up, stretched and stood on the highrock, looking around camp.
Stormclaw awoke as well. He fell beside Morningstar and cleared his throat. "Good morning, Morningstar" he said, with a smile painted on his face.
Frostfur awoke as well. She created a hunting patrol with Silverheart and then they left.
Lilyfrost awoke too, watching them leave. She didn't really feel like hunting anyway. She went back to sleep.

Shimmerpelt awoke. He watched the hunting patrol leave. Shimmerpelt stretched and stood up, yawning she padded out of the den to see what was going on.

Morningstar watched every cats move from the highrock. She smiled down at everyone. Morningstar was very friendly.
Stormclaw dreamed of becoming Leader one day. Stormclaw sure looked up to Morningstar, and she trusted him..Perhaps too much?
Frostfur and Silverheart smelt Thunderclan as they marked there territories in the forest. "We must tell Morningstar" said Frostfur firmly.
Lilyfrost woke up once more, unable to sleep and approached Shimmerpelt. "Beautiful morning, eh, Shimmerpelt?" she asked looking up into the sun, squinting at it. She sat beside Shimmerpelt.

"Oh yes, it's the time of the gathering" mewed Morningstar.
"Stormclaw. Shimmerpelt. Silverheart. Frostfur and Lilyfrost. We're all going" she said, just as Silverheart and Frostfur stormed into camp.
"Thunderclan" they panted at the same time. Morningstar sighed. "We know. Gathering" she said, tapping her paw lightly.
They all headed out of camp for the gathering.

Morningstar glanced at Lilyfrost. "Could you stay back and watch Mosskit. She's too young to come" said Morningstar, knowing she wouldn't want too.
Stormclaw scoffed and laughed, but quieted down when Morningstar harshly glanced at him to Shut up.
Lilyfrost sighed, "Sure, Morningstar" she said, moving next to Mosskit who stood away from the crowd.
Silverheart smiled. "It'll be alright, Lilyfrost. I'll report to you everything that happens" she said, excitedly, not feeling her friend's pain at all.
Frostfur felt her sister's pain much, considering they were twins.

Shimmerpelt looked at Mosskit. Shimmerpelt smiled at Mosskit and then went back to the crowd.

Mosskit ducked her head then scampered into the nursury. About seven minutes later a squeal came from the nursury Mosskit came running out of the nursury after a large black fly. Mosskit scampered about five feet then slipped and went skidding bowling over Stormclaw and sliding into Morningstar's paws.

Stormclaw dropped his head with a sigh.
Morningstar laughed, more appreciative and apologetic then Stormclaw. "Hey, silly one, sorry, you can't go to the Gathering" she said, picking Mosskit off of her and putting her on the ground next to her.
Lilyfrost padded to Mosskit. "You're stayin' with me!" exclaimed Lilyfrost, grabbing Mosskit and dragging her over to the fresh kill pile.
Frostfur laughed. "Curious kit" she murmered, thinking about her mother for a moment. She looked at her sister.
They began to leave for the gathering.
(Stormclaw, Shimmerpelt, Frostfur and Morningstar are going)
